Bihar Diwas celebrations held on March 22 and 23 at historical Gandhi Maidan in Patna with the theme ‘Saat Nishchay (seven resolves)’ of CM Nitish kumar.
The two-day celebrations mark the completion of 104 years of the state’s formation.
